Employees journey with organization start long before they decided to join. Journey starts when they first see your job post, learn about company's work culture & benefits from your existing employees, checkout the company reviews on Glassdoor, and ends when employees decides to leave an organization. The employee journey is sum of all employee experiences during their time working for a company. Employee Journey Mapping is exercise to create visual illustration of the journey. Business Leaders, Managers, Team Leads, HR Team need to come together for this exercise.
